We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your KindSpark jewellery. If, for any reason, it doesn't quite hit the mark, we've got you covered with our straightforward returns policy, provided the specific conditions are met.
7-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee (for Specific Conditions):
You can return any item within 7 days of delivery or collection, provided it meets the following strict conditions and the reason for return falls into one of the following categories:
- The item received does not match the item ordered.
- The item has a demonstrable manufacturing defect.
- The item was damaged during shipping.
- The item received is not the correct size, if applicable.
And the item must meet these conditions:
- The item must be exactly as you received it – no signs of wear, damage, or alterations beyond those reported as damage from shipping.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, certificates, and accompanying materials.
- You must provide your original sales receipt.
Please note: Returns are not accepted for a change of mind, or for damage caused by improper care or use. Return postage is at your own cost, and initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
Easy Returns Process:
- Drop us a WhatsApp message at (852) 6460 9060 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Tell us your order number, receipt number, item details, and why you're returning it.
- Keep hold of your receipt, packaging, and everything that came with your order.
- Top Tip: Snap a quick photo of the item before packing it up.
- Important: Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back.
- Pack the item up securely in its original packaging.
- We'll let you know we've received it via email or message.
- Our priority is ensuring your satisfaction, and we’ll continue communicating until you're happy with the outcome.
Important Bits & Pieces:
- You're responsible for insuring your return – we can't accept liability for lost or damaged parcels.
- We allow one return per delivery address every 6 months.
- We reserve the right to assess all returns and determine the most appropriate resolution based on the item's condition and our policies.
Our Hong Kong Quality Promise (12-Month Repairs):
For our Hong Kong customers, we'll repair any manufacturing faults within 12 months of purchase (proof required). Please note, this doesn't cover wear and tear, oxidisation, or accidental damage.
Our Refund Policy:
- Refunds are only given if the item qualifies for our 7-day guarantee.
- We don't offer refunds for a change of heart.
